About the Coach
Hi, I'm Susie – a dynamic coach, dedicated trainer, and an enthusiastic athlete. Balancing my roles as a mother and wife, I've journeyed through a transformative fitness path that has reshaped my life and my approach to health.
After my second daughter was born, I embarked on a mission to prioritize my health and redefine my body. This journey began with marathon training, and later evolved into a love affair with Crossfit and weightlifting. My fascination with fitness led me to become an ACE-certified personal trainer in March 2016, where I discovered the diverse needs of individual bodies in fitness.
As a fitness professional, I've continuously expanded my qualifications to provide the best guidance and training possible. I am proud to be a Level 2 CrossFit Coach. My expertise in nutrition has been further enhanced with a certification from Precision Nutrition, allowing me to offer comprehensive dietary and nutritional guidance tailored to individual needs. Additionally, as an ACE-certified personal trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge in diverse training methodologies, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness and wellness.
